About Life Coaching Guidance
We will work together to look at challenges that you are facing and blockages that are stopping you from manifesting what you want in your life. It is us working together to get you out of your head where that voice of doubt lives. It is about empowering the adult you and nurturing your inner child so you can heal those parts of you that are scared, angry, and lack confidence. This is done using an array of different techniques and exercises in session. You will also learn about concepts such as the Ego Mind/Monkey Mind, The Language of Feelings, Holistic Forgiveness, Spiritual Relationships, Mindfulness, Boundary Mastery, and Radical Acceptance. Life coaching is about you taking back control of your life and not letting life control you.
The Key to change and transformation is awareness.
We cannot change what we are not aware of.
How Life Coaching Works
Sessions are 60 minutes and are done remotely. This gives you the convenience and comfort of being in your own environment. Having life-coaching sessions remotely means I am not bound to just the South Jersey area. I have enough flexibility in my schedule to be able to help clients from different time zones.
The ideal frequency of sessions is either weekly or bi-weekly. Change and healing take time. It doesn’t happen overnight. It is important to keep that in mind as we work together. As you start to implement what we work on in session in your life, you will begin to notice a shift in your mindset. Life coaching is not about changing the people in your life. You can’t change or be responsible for other people’s behaviors. What you can do is work on yourself so that you are empowered to create healthy boundaries and choices. Practicing mindfulness helps you to become less reactive and more responsive which ultimately will bring more peace into your life. The goal of us working together is so that you heal the parts of you that need healing so you can move forward in manifesting your intentions.
