My name is Natalie Gervasio, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Meditation teacher, and founder of The Journey Within. My purpose in starting The Journey Within is to help like-minded souls like yourself to create the life changes that you wish so you can create the life that you always wanted.

I graduated from Holistic Learning Center in 2018 with two certifications, Advanced Life Skills Coach and Spiritual Life Coach. I also worked for Holistic Learning Center as a resident instructor. In 2020, I received my certificate in teaching Western (Mindfulness Meditation) and Eastern (Concentration Meditation) styles of meditation.
